This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of PodcasterPlus Blocks made through our website at podcasterplus.com. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy.

At PodcasterPlus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind our product and offer a straightforward 14-day money-back guarantee to give you peace of mind when trying PodcasterPlus Blocks.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
2.1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 14 days of your original purchase date
- This is your first purchase of PodcasterPlus Blocks (not a renewal or upgrade)
- You have not previously received a refund for PodcasterPlus Blocks
2.2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via https://www.podcasterplus.com/contact/ with:
- Your name
- The email address associated with your purchase
- Your License Key
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
2.3. Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed through our original payment processor (SureCart/Stripe)
- Funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
3. Refund Amounts
3.1. Annual Licenses
For annual license purchases, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
3.2. Lifetime Licenses
For one-time lifetime license purchases, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
3.3. Split Pay Plans
For Split Pay purchases (monthly instalment plans):
- If you request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment, you will receive a refund of any payments made
- Future scheduled payments will be cancelled
- If you request a refund after the 14-day period has passed from your initial purchase, you are not eligible for a refund under this guarantee
3.4. Currency and Fees
- Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase
- We do not deduct any administrative fees from refunds
- Any currency conversion differences or bank fees charged by your financial institution are beyond our control
4. After Your Refund
Once a refund is processed:
4.1. License Deactivation
- Your License Key will be deactivated
- You will no longer have access to plugin updates or support
- The plugin will revert to limited functionality
4.2. Account Status
- Your account will remain active, but with no active licenses
- You may purchase again in the future if you choose
4.3. Data
- Existing podcast episode data on your WordPress site will remain intact
- You may continue to use any episode data already imported, but will not be able to select new episodes
- You can remove all plugin data by uninstalling the plugin from your WordPress site
5. Subscription Renewals
5.1. Annual Renewal Refunds
For annual subscriptions that auto-renew:
- We send a reminder email before each renewal
- If you did not intend to renew, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge for a full refund
- After 14 days from renewal, refunds are provided on a pro-rata basis at our discretion
5.2. Cancelling Auto-Renewal
To avoid future charges:
- Log into your account and cancel your subscription before the renewal date
- Contact us via https://www.podcasterplus.com/contact/ to cancel
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
6. Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Provided
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following circumstances:
6.1. Abuse of Refund Policy
- Multiple refund requests from the same individual
- Evidence of using the product beyond evaluation purposes before requesting a refund
- Requesting a refund after the 14-day period
6.2. Terms Violations
- Refunds will not be provided if your License was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service or License Agreement
6.3. Third-Party Issues
- We cannot provide refunds for issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or hosting environments
- We will, however, work with you to resolve such issues during the refund period
7. Disputes
If you are unable to resolve a refund matter with us directly, you may have additional rights through your payment provider or under consumer protection laws.
7.1. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks incur fees that affect our ability to offer competitive pricing and generous refund policies.

8. Upgrades and Plan Changes
8.1. Upgrading Your Plan
If you upgrade from one plan tier to another (e.g., Launch to Grow), you will be charged the difference. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to the original purchase, not to upgrade charges.
8.2. Downgrading
We do not currently offer downgrades. If you wish to change to a lower-tier plan, please contact us to discuss your options.
