Smart Links
Every PodcasterPlus-hosted show gets a public listen page: one link that shows your artwork and description, lists every platform you're on, and plays episodes right in the browser. Share it anywhere; each visitor picks the app they already use, or just presses play.
Your listen page lives at:
https://listen.podcasterplus.com/your-showFind your listen page link
- Go to Settings → Distribution
- In the Feed & identity card, find Listen page
- Click the copy button next to the URL
The link is live from day one and never changes, so it's safe to put in social bios, email signatures, and printed materials before you're listed anywhere. As your directory listings are confirmed, the page fills in around it.
What's on your listen page
- Your show's hero: cover art, title, subtitle, author, description, and a Visit website link when you've set one
- Listen on: one badge per platform your show is confirmed live on, each linking straight to your listing, plus an RSS badge that always points to your feed
- Support the show: your funding links (Patreon, Ko-fi, and similar), shown when you've added any
- Episodes: your published episodes, newest first, each with its date, length, description, and a built-in player. Scrolling loads more automatically (there's a Load more episodes button too), so the whole archive is reachable.
Every episode title links to that episode's own page.
Where the extras come from
The Visit website link and Support the show badges come from your podcast settings: the website URL lives in Basic Information, and funding links live under Advanced Settings → Funding Links, both at Settings → General. See Podcast Settings.
When platform badges appear
The Listen on section only shows directories PodcasterPlus knows you're live on: the listing must be Listed, confirmed as yours, and have a listing link saved. Until your first listing is confirmed, visitors see the RSS badge and a note that more platforms are coming soon.
To get more badges on the page:
- Submit to more platforms and let PodcasterPlus confirm the listings
- Answer the Is this your show? prompt when PodcasterPlus finds a listing for you
- For platforms PodcasterPlus can't watch automatically, paste your listing link on the platform's card (Already listed? Paste your link)
Share a single episode
Every published episode gets its own page:
https://listen.podcasterplus.com/your-show/e/your-episodeIt shows the episode's season and episode number, artwork, date, length, a full player, and the episode's notes under About this episode, with a link back to the show page for more episodes.
You can copy an episode's link from the episode editor's Publish tab, under Share & embed. Episode links support oEmbed, so pasting one into WordPress (and other platforms with embed discovery) turns it into a player automatically. See Share and Embed Your Episodes for the full tour, including embedding the player itself on your website.
Listen pages are for PodcasterPlus-hosted shows
Like the Distribution settings themselves, listen pages exist for shows hosted on PodcasterPlus. Externally hosted shows don't get one.
Push changes to your feed
The Feed & identity card also covers the feed the directories subscribe to:
- Feed URL: your public RSS feed at
https://feed.podcasterplus.com/your-show. This is what you submit to directories; copy it or open it in a new tab from here. - Update feed now: setting changes publish to your feed automatically, usually within a minute and at most about five. This button skips the wait and refreshes the feed immediately. Handy when you've just fixed something and want directories to see it now.
- Podcast GUID: your show's permanent identifier. It's assigned once when your podcast is created and survives feed moves, so directories can recognise your show across hosts. You'll rarely need it, but some platforms and tools ask for it.
What's Next?
- Get listed on more platforms to grow your badge row
- Embed the player on your website for a homepage that always plays your newest episode
- Track your listings so new badges appear as soon as directories approve you
