Guest Booking
PodcasterPlus gives every show shareable booking links: public pages where guests pick a recording time from your real availability and send you a booking request.
Booking works on a request and confirm model. A guest's booking arrives as a request, and nothing goes on anyone's calendar until you approve it. You stay in control of your schedule.
How it works
- You create a booking link with your availability, session length, and any questions you want guests to answer
- You share the link anywhere: email, social media, your website
- A guest picks a time, fills in their details, and submits a request. They receive a receipt email straight away
- The request lands in the Pending lane of your Bookings board, with a pending episode attached
- You confirm or decline the request. On confirm, PodcasterPlus emails every attendee, creates the calendar event with a meeting link, and turns the episode into a draft
Connect your calendar first
Connect Google Calendar before sharing a booking link. PodcasterPlus checks your calendar for conflicts so busy times are never offered to guests, and confirming a booking creates a calendar event with a Google Meet link automatically.
New to booking?
Start with Create a Booking Link. It walks you through naming your link, setting your session length, and defining your weekly hours. Once it's live, share the public URL and watch requests arrive in your Bookings board.
