Guest Network ​

The Guest Network is a directory of people who want to appear on podcasts. Browse profiles, read bios and past appearances, and invite someone onto your show with your booking link attached so they can pick a time themselves.

  1. Open Guest Network in your sidebar (under Discover)
  2. Scan the profile cards, or use the search box ("Search by name or bio...") to filter by name or expertise
  3. Click Load More to keep browsing
  4. Click any card to open the full profile

View a Profile ​

A Guest Network profile shows:

  • Display name, avatar, and podcast appearance count
  • Website, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn buttons, where the guest has chosen to share them
  • An About section with their bio
  • Podcast Appearances: published episodes they've appeared on through PodcasterPlus

Invite a Guest to Your Podcast ​

From a profile, use the Invite to Your Podcast card:

  1. Under Select Podcast, choose which of your shows the invitation is for
  2. Under Select Booking Link, choose the booking link the guest will use to schedule. If the podcast has no active booking link yet, you'll be prompted to create one first
  3. Add a Personal Message (optional) introducing yourself and your show
  4. Click Send Invitation

You'll see "Invitation sent successfully! The guest will be notified." You can send one pending invitation per podcast to each guest; podcasts with an invitation already pending are held back until the guest responds.

Track Invitations ​

Click Invitations on the Guest Network page to open Network Invitations. It has two tabs:

  • Received: invitations other hosts have sent you (yes, hosts can be guests too). Pending invitations show Accept and Decline buttons.
  • Sent: invitations you've sent, with their status.

Every invitation shows a Pending, Accepted, or Declined badge. When a guest accepts an invitation, a Book a Time button appears on their side that opens your booking page, so scheduling happens through your normal booking flow.

Be Discoverable Yourself ​

Your own profile can appear in the Guest Network for other hosts to find:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. In the Guest Network section, turn on Profile Visibility ("Make your profile discoverable in the PodcasterPlus Guest Network")
  3. Under Public Profile Settings, choose what to share: Show website link, Show Twitter/X handle, and Show LinkedIn profile
  4. Optionally enable Protect my email address so your email is only shared with hosts after you accept their invitation

While visibility is on, your display name, bio, and avatar are visible to other hosts, along with your published guest appearances.

Your guests can join too

When a guest creates a free account, they can opt in to the Guest Network and get discovered by other shows. Send them to Create a Free Account.
