Availability
Each booking link has its own availability, so a "Quick chat" link can offer different hours than a "Full interview" link. Everything on this page lives on the booking link form: go to Bookings, open the Booking Links tab, and create a new link or edit an existing one.
Set your weekly hours
The Availability card lists every day of the week. Days with no time slots show as Unavailable and are never offered to guests.
- Click Add slot next to a day to make it bookable. New slots default to 09:00 to 17:00
- Adjust the start and end times for each slot
- Click Add slot again on the same day to split it, for example a morning block and an evening block
- Remove a slot with the bin icon; remove all of a day's slots to make the whole day unavailable
Pick your timezone
Below the weekly hours, the Timezone field sets the time zone your availability is written in. It defaults to your podcast's timezone.
Guests always see times converted to their own time zone, and can change it right on the booking page. You never need separate links for different regions.
Keep breathing room with buffers
In the Duration & Buffers card, two separate fields keep time free around every booking:
- Buffer Before: time held free before each session, for setup and prep
- Buffer After: time held free after each session, for wrap-up
Each buffer ranges from None up to 6 hours. A slot only shows as bookable when the session plus both buffers fits around your other commitments.
Set your notice period
Minimum Notice, under Booking Settings, is how close to the start time a guest can still book. Options run from 1 hour to 1 week, with 1 day as the default. Use a longer notice if you need time to prepare for every recording.
Limit how far ahead guests book
Maximum Advance, also under Booking Settings, is how far into the future guests can book. The dropdown offers 7 to 120 days.
Your plan caps this window too. Whatever you pick, guests can never book further ahead than your plan allows:
| Plan | Guests can book up to |
|---|---|
| Free | 14 days ahead |
| Creator | 60 days ahead |
| Studio | 90 days ahead |
| Production House | 180 days ahead |
| Enterprise | 365 days ahead |
The effective window is always the smaller of the link's setting and your plan's cap. See Plan Limits.
Calendar conflict checking
With Google Calendar connected, PodcasterPlus checks the calendars you selected under Check these calendars for availability every time a guest views your booking page. Any busy event removes the overlapping slots, so guests only ever see times you're genuinely free.
Times already requested or booked through any of your booking links are blocked as well, so two guests can't claim the same moment through different links.
No calendar connected?
Your weekly hours still work on their own. Conflict checking is an extra layer that stops your booking page offering times you've already committed elsewhere.
Month capacity
Your plan includes a monthly allowance of episode slots, and each confirmed booking's episode occupies one in its recording month. When every slot in a month is already taken, that month's dates are hidden from your public booking page and guests are offered other months instead.
To open the month back up, add an episode pack, upgrade your plan, or free a slot by moving an episode to another month. See Plan Limits and Billing and Plans.
