Episode Archive

The Episodes page is your podcast's episode list: every draft, scheduled, published, and archived episode in one place, plus a triage area for bookings waiting on your confirmation.

Open it from Episodes in the sidebar.

Find an episode

The toolbar above the list gives you four ways to narrow things down:

  • Search: type into Search episodes... to match titles
  • Season: filter to one season (the dropdown appears once your episodes have season numbers)
  • Created: filter by creation date range
  • Sort: switch between Newest first and Oldest first

Below the toolbar, status chips filter the list with live counts: All, Published, Scheduled, Draft, and Archived. Click a chip to show only that status; click it again (or All) to clear.

Long lists load a page at a time; click Load more episodes at the bottom for the next batch. If a search comes up empty, Clear filters resets everything.

Triage pending bookings

When guests book recording time with you, each booking creates an episode in Pending Confirmation. These appear in a highlighted Pending confirmation section above the episode list, so they never get lost:

  • Confirm moves the episode out of pending, creates or updates the calendar event with the attendees, and emails each attendee a verification link for their guest portal.
  • Decline notifies the guest by email (you can include an optional reason) and reopens the slot on your public booking page.

If the recording month is full

Confirming can hit your plan's monthly episode slots. If the month is full, the booking stays pending; your guest is not declined. Add an episode pack, upgrade, or reschedule the recording into an open month and confirm again. See Publishing and Scheduling.

Row actions

Each episode row shows its number, title, status, guests, duration, and key dates. To the right:

  • Edit opens the episode editor.
  • The more-actions menu (the ⋮ button) offers:
    • Edit episode
    • Copy share link: copies the episode's public listen page link (shown for published episodes, or the external episode URL on externally hosted shows)
    • Delete episode: permanent removal, with a confirmation dialog (available to Producers and Hosts; see Team and Roles)

Archiving versus deleting

These are different tools:

  • Archiving removes a published episode from your feed but keeps it in your account with its publish date preserved, ready to Republish later. Archive from the episode's Publish tab; archived episodes stay in this list under the Archived chip. See Publishing and Scheduling.
  • Deleting permanently removes the episode and all its data. There is no undo.

When in doubt, archive.
