What's the difference between the AI features?
Guest research works before you record — it briefs you on a guest when they confirm a booking. Transcription, summaries, social posts and tags all work after you upload finished audio. They share one credit pool.
How are AI credits counted?
Transcription costs about one credit per minute of audio, measured from the actual file — you see an estimate before you start, and there's no overshoot. A guest-research run is a flat five credits. If a run fails, its credits are refunded automatically.
Is AI included in the Free plan?
No. The Free plan is for podcast hosting only. AI features unlock from the Creator plan up, each with its own monthly credit allowance.
How accurate is it, really?
It's built to be checkable rather than to claim a number. Research briefs cite their sources and flag what couldn't be confirmed in an "unverified / gaps" section. Everything the AI produces carries an AI-assisted badge. As the product says: treat briefs as preparation, not facts to read on air.
