How podcast booking used to look

Booking a great guest shouldn't be a part-time PR job.

  • LinkedIn DMs
  • Cold-emailing strangers
  • Twitter outreach
  • Asking a friend of a friend
  • Sponsorship swaps
  • A spreadsheet of "maybe-someday"
One directory replaces the whole hunt.
The directory

Browse 740+ guests. Filter by topic. Send the link.

The directory is searchable, verified, and curated for podcast hosts. Tick the guests you want, hit Send booking link, and the rest is a public booking page on book.podcasterplus.com.

Inside the network

Four things that make this not just a contact list.

  • Verified profiles

Every guest publishes a profile, a topic list, and prior episode credits. The blue tick means the team has confirmed identity and previous appearances.

  • Topic-first filtering

Audio AI, founders, storytelling, design - guests classify themselves so you can find the right voice in three seconds, not three days.

  • One-click invite

Selecting two guests and sending a magic link takes the same number of taps as forwarding an email. They book themselves. You don't write a follow-up.

  • Network signals

Response time, average rating, recent activity, and topic overlap with your show. The directory ranks for relevance, not popularity.

Guest profiles

Every guest is a profile, not a vCard.

Bios, episode credits, topic tags, response time, and channels - all in one place. Click a profile to see whether they're the right fit before you send anything.

  • Real identity, real credits
Verified guests link their existing episodes and bylines. The blue tick is a check on past work, not a fee-paid badge.
  • They opted in
Guests publish themselves and pick the topics they want pitched on. Nobody on this list is a cold target - they raised a hand.
  • Calendar-aware invites
When you send a booking link, guests see real available slots from your connected calendar. No double-booking, no email tennis.
  • Off the platform if needed
Magic-link guest portals work in any inbox. Guests don't need a PodcasterPlus account to confirm, prep, or upload assets.

One click, two surfaces

From "interesting guest" to "on the calendar" in under a minute.

The send sheet on your side; a branded booking page on theirs. The work between them - the draft episode, the portal, the calendar hold - is handled by Booking Links .

  1. 01

    You: send the booking link

Pick guests from the directory. The link pre-fills your show, duration, and a personal note. Magic-link - guests do not need an account.

  2. 02

    They: pick a time

A branded booking page on book.podcasterplus.com. Held slots respect your calendar; confirmed slots disappear from the page in real time.

  3. 03

A draft episode lands in your queue

One tap to confirm. Magic-link guest portal goes out, the slot is held, your producer is pinged. Same flow that powers Booking Links.

  4. No follow-up nudge. No spreadsheet.
Once the guest picks a time, the booking lands as pending. One tap turns it into a draft episode with topic, bio, and links already filled in.

A platform that gets out of your way.

"I went from a Sunday-night dread of show notes to a Tuesday-morning twenty minutes. That's a real day of my life back, every week."

Common questions

Guest Network, answered.

Who is in the directory, and how do they get there?

Guests publish themselves. Every profile is opted-in: a public bio, topic tags, episode credits, and the show categories they want to be pitched on. The team verifies identity and prior episode claims before issuing a blue tick - the directory rewards real work, not pay-for-placement.

Do guests need a PodcasterPlus account to accept an invite?

No. Booking links are magic-link based. Guests pick a time, fill in their topic and bio, and confirm - all from a branded booking page on book.podcasterplus.com. Their prep portal arrives by email once you confirm.

Can I send to several guests at once, or only one at a time?

Both. Send one personalised link to a single guest, or select up to a dozen at once and send a panel invite. Each recipient gets their own slot; the calendar holds expire independently if they don't book.

How is this different from a media database or PR roster?

Two ways. First, the people in the directory want to be pitched - there are no cold contacts. Second, the platform handles the booking. PR rosters give you a name and an email; Guest Network gives you the name, the topic fit, and the calendar slot.

Can I publish my own profile and appear in the directory?

Yes. Every PodcasterPlus account can opt into the directory as a guest, a host, or both. Profiles are searchable by topic and credit, and you control which categories you accept invites for.

Does the directory cost extra on top of my plan?

Read access is included on every paid plan. There is no per-invite fee. The studio plan unlocks shared shortlists and multi-show panels; see the pricing page for details.
