PodcasterPlus / Workflows

One workflow.
Booking to marketing.

The same platform that schedules your guest writes your notes, sends your emails, transcribes your audio, ships your RSS feed, and publishes your social posts. One pipeline. No glue.

The Pipeline / Six connected stages

One workflow,
read top to bottom.

Every stage uses data from the stage before it. Walk it once - you'll see why naming the next stage "integration" feels wrong.

Booking Links

Book the guest.

A public booking page - at book.podcasterplus.com/your-show - does the back-and-forth for you. Guest picks a slot, shares their details, done.

The booking creates the guest record that every stage downstream uses. No re-entering names. No "what was their email again?"

Show Notes · Templates

Prepare together.

A show notes doc is generated the moment the guest is booked, pre-filled from a Template you've saved - intro, talking points, sponsor reads, outro.

Three lenses on one episode: shared for the whole team, host-only for the production crew, private guest channel just between you and them.

Hosts, co-hosts, producers and guests edit in real time. Presence cursors, instant updates - no "final-FINAL-v3.docx".

Magic Tags

Communicate without writing.

Confirmation, prep, and reminder emails write themselves. Magic Tags pull live data - guest name, recording time, prep doc link - at the moment the email goes out.

Nothing is ever hand-typed. Nothing is ever stale. If the booking moves, every email about it moves with it.

Click a tag in the email to see what it resolves to for this guest.

Automations

Automate the connective tissue.

Behind it all, automations run the parts of the job that aren't podcasting. Guest confirms → send prep doc 7 days out → remind 24 hours before → notify the producer in Slack.

Every event in the workflow can trigger any action in any other stage. The system you'd build with five integrations, without the five integrations.

Transcripts

Transcribe automatically.

Upload once. Transcripts generate in the background, with speaker labels filled in from the same guest record that started the booking.

Search every word your show has ever said - across every episode - and jump straight to the timestamp.

Hosting · RSS

Publish and distribute.

The episode is hosted on PodcasterPlus. The RSS feed at feed.podcasterplus.com/your-show is generated and pushed to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Overcast, Pocket Casts - everywhere.

Schedule the publish time and the episode goes live on its own. No manual feed updates.

PodcasterPlus / Why one platform

Your tools don't talk to each other.
We built one that does.

The hidden tax of a stitched-together stack isn't the subscriptions. It's the copy-paste. It's the missing data. It's the booking that never made it into the notes, the guest name that got misspelled in the email, the episode that went live without a transcript.

Every PodcasterPlus feature is built to share state with every other feature. The booking record is the same record as the guest in the show notes is the same record as the recipient of the prep email is the same record as the speaker label in the transcript.

That's not integration. Integrations are duct tape between products that were never designed to work together. This is one product.

You produce the show.
The workflow runs itself.
From the studios that use it

A platform that gets out of your way.

"I went from a Sunday-night dread of show notes to a Tuesday-morning twenty minutes. That's a real day of my life back, every week."

"Booking links are the polite version of stalking your guest's calendar. Mine has booked 41 episodes without a single email back-and-forth."

Workflow FAQ

Questions about the workflow.

Do I have to use every feature, or can I just use the parts I want?

Use whatever subset you need. The features are individually useful - but the gains compound when they share state. Most teams start with booking and show notes, then turn on automations, transcripts and hosting once they see the workflow click.

Can I migrate my existing show and RSS feed in?

Yes. Point your old feed at ours with a one-line redirect, and we handle the rest - all episodes, art, descriptions, and chapter markers move over. Apple, Spotify, and the rest pick up the new feed automatically. Most migrations complete in under an hour.

What happens to my workflow if I cancel - do I keep my data and feed?

You own your show. Cancel and you can export everything - episodes, audio, transcripts, notes, automation definitions - as standard files. RSS feeds are portable: redirect to your next host on cancellation and your listeners never notice.

Can my producer, co-host, and guests all work in the same episode at once?

Yes. Real-time collaboration is built in - presence cursors, instant updates, no “final-final-v3.docx”. Shared notes are visible to the whole team, host-only notes stay private to the production crew, and each guest gets a private channel with the host alone.

How is this different from buying a scheduler, doc app, transcription service, automation tool, and hosting service separately?

Five subscriptions, five logins, five places your data sits in slightly different shapes. Those tools weren't designed to know about each other - every integration is duct tape over that gap. PodcasterPlus is one product where the booking record, the guest in the notes, the recipient of the email, and the speaker label in the transcript are literally the same record.
