It can read your account. It cannot change it.
There is no write access of any kind. A connected assistant cannot publish or schedule an episode, edit anything, send an invitation, change a booking, or spend your AI credits. Nothing it does can change your account, which is what makes this a reasonable thing to connect to the show you make a living from.

Your password stays with you
The assistant never receives your PodcasterPlus password, or any credential that works anywhere else in your account. It gets a token that only works for reading, and only against this one service.
Disconnect whenever you like
Every connected assistant is listed in your account settings. Disconnect one and it stops at that assistant's very next request. Changing your password disconnects every connected assistant automatically.

Which assistants does this work with?

Can a connected assistant change anything in my account?
No. The connection is read-only. It cannot publish or schedule an episode, edit anything, send an invitation, change a booking, or spend AI credits. There is no write access of any kind.
Does the assistant get my PodcasterPlus password?
No. You sign in on PodcasterPlus, in your own browser. The assistant receives a token that only works for reading, and only against this one service, so it holds nothing that works anywhere else in your account.
How do I disconnect an assistant?
Every connected assistant is listed in your account settings, with a disconnect button. Disconnecting takes effect on that assistant's very next request. Changing your password disconnects every connected assistant automatically.
Can it see my guests' email addresses or phone numbers?
No. Those are never sent to an AI assistant. The connection also cannot reach the guest portal at all.
Does asking questions use my AI credits?
No. Reading your account does not spend credits.
Do I need to build anything, or write any code?
No. You paste the PodcasterPlus server address into your assistant, sign in, and approve the connection. That is the whole of it.
