Send a link. Not a slide deck.
Client reports turn your analytics into a live, read-only, white-label page. Your client opens it with no login, sees the latest figures for their range, and you never screenshot a dashboard again.
- No login for the recipient
- Always the latest data
- Revoke in one click
Trusted by independent shows and small networks
The report was out of date before you sent it.
Screenshot the dashboard. Crop it. Paste it into slide four. Retype the totals. Export a PDF, email it, and watch a client reply three weeks later asking whether the numbers have moved. They have — and nobody can check without you doing the whole thing again.
One link replaces the entire ritual.
- Screenshots, cropped and slightly blurry
- Totals retyped by hand, once per client
- Stale the moment it lands in their inbox
- No method attached, so nothing is verifiable
- A live link, minted in about four seconds
A label, a range, and you're done.
Client reports sits behind one button on your analytics page. Name the link so you know whose it is, pick the rolling range, and create it. Copy it out, and revoke it from the same dialog whenever the engagement ends.
- 1 Label it. "Acme quarterly", "Sponsor — season 4", whatever you'll recognise in six months.
- 2 Pick a range. Last 7, 30 or 90 days, or the last 12 months. It rolls forward on its own.
- 3 Create as many as you need. One per client, per sponsor, per campaign — each revocable on its own.
One link for the whole engagement. Nothing to re-send.
A report link isn't a snapshot — it's a rolling window. Whenever your client opens it, they see the latest figures for the range you chose. No monthly export, no version confusion, no "can you resend the September one".
It rolls forward
Pick "last 30 days" once and the link keeps meaning the last 30 days — this week, next month, next quarter.
Unguessable, and yours to end
Each link is a long random token, told not to be indexed by search engines. Revoke it and it simply stops existing — indistinguishable from a dead URL.
One per relationship
A quarterly link for the agency client, a 30-day link for the sponsor, a 7-day link for the campaign. Create as many as you need.
Your show's branding. Our methodology, in writing.
The report carries the show's cover art and title, not our chrome. The footer states the counting rules — IAB v2.2-aligned, bots filtered, one download per listener per episode per UTC day — so the numbers arrive with their method attached. That's the part a sponsor actually wants to read.
- Cover art, show title and your report label at the top
- Reach reported honestly: downloads, peak daily listeners, feed polls
- The "Powered by PodcasterPlus" line is removable with white-label branding, an Enterprise-level entitlement
Reach, not listens. We never claim listener-level tracking or listen-through rates from downloads — and neither should your report.
What you need
Client reports are available on Production House and Enterprise.
Everything else on this page — the dashboard, the audience breakdowns, the episode depth — is on every plan, including Free. Removing the "Powered by PodcasterPlus" footer line needs white-label branding, an Enterprise-level entitlement.
A platform that gets out of your way.
"I went from a Sunday-night dread of show notes to a Tuesday-morning twenty minutes. That's a real day of my life back, every week."
"We replaced Calendly, Buzzsprout, three Notion templates, and a Zapier graveyard with one tab. Our producer cried, in the good way."
"Booking links are the polite version of stalking your guest's calendar. Mine has booked 41 episodes without a single email back-and-forth."

The things a client will ask you.
Does my client need an account?
No. They open the link and see the report — no login, no signup, nothing to install. Search engines are told not to index it, and the link is a long random token, so it isn't discoverable.
Is the report a snapshot or is it live?
Live. Each link is created with a rolling range — last 7, 30 or 90 days, or the last 12 months — and always shows the latest data for it. One link serves the whole engagement; there's nothing to re-send each month.
What's actually on the page they see?
Your cover art and show title, the report label, then downloads, peak daily listeners and feed polls, the downloads-over-time chart, top apps and countries, and a top-episodes table with first-7-days and all-time columns. Nothing else — not your dashboard, not your other shows.
Can I take a link back?
Any time, from the same dialog you created it in. A revoked link simply stops existing — it's indistinguishable from a dead URL, with no hint that a report was ever there.
How many links can I create?
As many as you need — one per client, per sponsor, per campaign, each with its own label and range, each revocable on its own.
Can I remove PodcasterPlus from the report entirely?
The report is white-label already: it carries your show's branding, not ours. The "Powered by PodcasterPlus" footer line is removable with white-label branding, which is an Enterprise-level entitlement, separate from client reports themselves.
Which plans include client reports?
Production House and Enterprise. Every other analytics feature — the dashboard, audience breakdowns, launch curves, talk time — is on every plan, including Free. See podcast analytics for the full picture.
