Hosting & RSS · Included on every plan

Hosting is the floor.
The platform is the lift.

Fast, redundant podcast hosting comes with every plan - sub-second feeds, triple-replicated audio, mirrored to an external backup partner. The booking, automations, and team workflow on top are what you came for.

The pitch

Your host shouldn't dictate your workflow. It should disappear behind it.

Hosting is the boring part. PodcasterPlus runs it well so the production stack on top can run your team.

Two ways in

Stay on your host. Or move it.
Either works on day one.

The PodOps platform doesn't care where your audio lives. Pick the path that fits today - switch later if you want.

Hosting-agnostic

Keep your current host

Connect your existing RSS feed and use the rest of the platform from day one. Migrate when you're ready - not before.

  • Works with Megaphone, Acast, Buzzsprout, Transistor, RSS.com, Libsyn, + more
  • Booking, guest portals, automations work either way
  • Plays and downloads pulled in via your host's analytics API
  • One-click upgrade to hosted later, no feed downtime

Speed

Sub-second feed reads, anywhere on earth.

Every feed is cached and served from a global edge network. The slowest market we measure is faster than most hosts' origin.

  • Sub-100 ms median feed reads- measured across every continent we serve
  • Edge-cached RSS- 320+ POPs · subscribers stop waiting on your show
  • Range-request audio- fast scrubbing in every podcast app
  • IPv6 + HTTP/3- modern transport, not 2009 hosting
320+ edge cities,
one feed
Median read · 38 ms
Reliability

Three copies of every episode. Plus one off-platform.

Audio is replicated across three regions on the platform and mirrored to a global backup partner outside our network. If something goes very wrong, your show is still there.

  • Triple-replicated audio- three regions, automatically
  • External global backup- mirrored off-platform - defence in depth
  • 99.99% feed uptime target- tracked publicly on a status page
  • Incident feed + RSS- find out before your guest's mum does
Storage health
3× replicated · 1× mirrored
Healthy
  1. 14:02 Episode 048 uploaded replicated
  2. 14:03 Replicated to 3 regions replicated
  3. 14:03 Mirrored to external backup vault mirrored
  4. 06:00 Feed warmed at the edge live
Ownership

You own the feed. Domain, redirects, and all.

Bring a custom feed domain. Set 301s on old episode URLs. Export the feed and every asset any time. We don't hold your audience hostage.

  • Custom feed domain- feeds.yourshow.com - feed lives on your brand, not ours
  • Per-episode redirects- 301s for renamed slugs, season splits, anything
  • One-click feed export- audio, transcripts, metadata, GUIDs - all of it
  • Verified in every directory- Apple, Spotify, Overcast, Pocket Casts, +9 more

Production

Schedule, publish, measure - without leaving the app.

Drop the episode in, set a publish time, and watch the analytics that matter - plays, completion, top apps, top countries - show up in the same place you booked the guest.

  • Scheduled publishing- queue an episode for 6am Tuesday and walk away
  • Plays + completion- first-party, IAB-compliant, no third-party tracker
  • Top apps + countries- where listeners actually are, not vanity geography
  • Episode-level chapters- set them in the editor, modern apps render them

Podcast 2.0

Speaks the new podcast standard, fluently.

The real reason

Hosting is what you stop thinking about.
This is what you came for.

The reason teams switch to PodcasterPlus isn't the feed. It's the operations layer on top of the feed - the part that replaces the host + scheduler + Notion + email + Zapier stack.

See the full platform
  • Guests book themselves
Public booking pages, calendar holds, magic-link guest portals with collaborative show notes - without a single back-and-forth email.
  • The show runs itself
Event-driven automations: booking confirmed, episode published, guest verified - fire emails, webhooks, and field updates without lifting a finger.
  • Built for networks
Per-show roles, shared automations across shows, branded guest portals. One workspace, every show, every team member.
Migration

Switch in an afternoon. Keep your subscribers.

The Upgrade Hosting Wizard imports every episode from your existing host, matches them by title and date, and flips the feed over - without changing the URL your subscribers point at.

  1. Connect
Drop in the URL of your current RSS feed. We pull every episode, file, transcript, and metadata field.
  2. Match
Episodes auto-match by title similarity and publish date. You review - the wizard flags anything below 90%.
  3. Flip
We set a permanent 301 from your old feed to your new feed URL. Subscribers don't notice the switch.
Step 2 · Match your episodes
We matched 48 of 48 by title and date. Review and confirm.
Auto-matched
From your current host PodcasterPlus Match
Ep 048 - Pricing power in late stage… Pricing power in late-stage markets 98%
Ep 047 - Hiring cost (Jordan) The hidden cost of growth-stage hiring 92%
47b - Bonus / roadmap rant When to ignore your roadmap 87%
Building a moat in 2 years (final) Building a moat in two years 96%
Your existing feed URL stays the same. Subscribers don't notice the switch.

Common questions

The four questions everyone asks first.

What happens to my old feed URL if I move hosting across?

You keep it. We set a permanent 301 redirect from your old feed URL to your new feed.podcasterplus.com URL, so every podcast app on earth follows the move automatically. Same RSS GUIDs, same downloads, same subscribers - no one needs to re-subscribe.

Can I leave later? Is there lock-in?

No lock-in. Export the full feed, audio files, transcripts, and metadata as a single archive whenever you want. We treat data portability as a launch requirement, not a nice-to-have - and your feed URL goes with you.

Does the platform work if I keep my current host?

Yes - that's the hosting-agnostic path. Connect your existing RSS feed and the booking links, guest portal, automations, transcripts, and analytics all work from day one. Move to PodcasterPlus hosting later for the speed and reliability upgrades without changing the URL subscribers see.

Where is the feed actually served from, and what's the uptime?

Feeds are cached and served from a global edge network across 320+ cities, with a target of 99.99% feed uptime. Audio is triple-replicated across regions on the platform and additionally mirrored to a global backup partner outside our network - so if something goes very wrong on our side, your show is still recoverable.

Are seats and team members charged separately?

No. Plans are priced per workspace, not per seat. Bring as many producers, editors, hosts, and guests as you need - roles and permissions are per-show so attribution stays clean without paying for headcount.

Is there a public API and webhooks?

Yes - every action in the app is in the REST API, with bearer-token auth, scoped tokens, and an audit log. Webhooks for episode, booking, guest, and feed events are HMAC-signed and retried with exponential backoff. The API works for shows hosted with us and shows on connected external hosts.

Make a show. Skip the busywork.
