The duct-taped stack

Booking a guest shouldn't take six tools and an apology email.

  • Calendly
  • Google Forms
  • Notion guest tracker
  • Zoom invite
  • Zapier
  • Email thread × 12
One link replaces the whole stack.
From outreach to recorded

Three steps. No back-and-forth.

Most booking flows hand you a calendar slot and leave the rest to you. Booking Links closes the loop into a real episode in your queue.

On confirm, we'll automatically:
  1. 1 Create draft episode 'How we built our recording stack'
  2. 2 Add Maya as guest, prefill bio + topic
  3. 3 Hold the calendar slot for Sam
  4. 4 Send Maya a magic link to her guest portal
The magic step

One tap turns a booking into a draft episode.

Booking Links never silently fill your week. Every booking lands as pending with the guest's topic and bio attached. Confirm and the episode draft is built; decline and the slot's released.

  • Pending episode created the moment a booking comes in.
  • Confirm creates the full draft, holds the calendar, opens the guest portal.
  • Decline or reschedule in one click - the guest gets a friendly note.
  • Reasons attached so your producer knows why a slot moved.
Built for production houses

One workspace. Every show. Every role.

Hosts, producers, editors, guests - proper roles and per-show membership, so a studio of fifteen doesn't share one Calendly login.

Common questions

The things you'd ask before signing up.

Can I run a different booking link per show or per host?

Yes - every show, format, and host gets its own link, branded to that show. Hosts only ever see slots they own, even when fifteen of you share one studio account.

Will the link ever auto-confirm a guest without me seeing it?

No. Every booking lands as pending. The slot is held but not committed until you confirm, and the guest's topic and bio sit alongside the booking so the decision is a one-tap one - no spreadsheet detour.

What happens once I hit confirm?

A draft episode is created with the topic, bio, and links already filled in. The slot is held on your calendar, a magic-link guest portal goes out to the guest, and your producer gets a Slack notification - all in one step.

Does this replace my hosting and RSS, or sit next to it?

Either. You can use Booking Links as a standalone alongside Buzzsprout, Transistor, or Libsyn, or move the whole show across with our migration wizard. Subscribers don't notice - your feed URL stays stable.

Can guests book without creating an account?

Yes. Guests submit name, email, topic, and bio in one form - no signup. Once you confirm, they get a magic link to their branded guest portal where they can upload assets and see the prep doc.

How does it handle calendar conflicts?

Two-way sync with Google, Apple, and Outlook. Booking Links honors busy time across every calendar you connect, holds a tentative slot the moment a guest picks one, and locks it when you confirm.

Make a show. Skip the busywork.
