Guest invites work the same from both places
Invites sent from an episode now carry the same name, links and episode details as the ones sent from a booking.
There are two ways a guest ends up on an episode. They either book themselves in through a booking link, or you add them to the episode directly. Those two routes had drifted apart, and the second had quietly become the poor relation: an invite sent from an episode could arrive addressed to nobody, without a working link into the guest portal, or missing the episode card entirely, so the guest had no idea which recording it referred to.
They had grown separate email paths and only the booking one was being kept up to date. Both now share a single path, so an invite is an invite wherever it was sent from, and anything added to it later lands in both.
If you invited someone recently and never heard back, it is worth checking whether what they received was usable. Sending again will give them the full invitation.
